Madalyn Smith is our newest licensed agent. “Maddy” started working for the agency May 2020 and was licensed by July. Maddy works part time while she pursues a BBA in Management at Sam Houston State University, she will graduate in May 2022. She is a recipient of the Smith Hutson Scholarship and a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. Her plans are to continue to grow with ISB Insurance after graduation. As a customer service representative, she works diligently and attentively for our customers and all of their needs.
Maddy enjoys painting, fishing, hunting, sports, and all things outdoors. She spends most of her free time with family, her dogs, and especially delights in time with her niece and nephew.
